Sehan Kim is an Assistant Professor of Accounting at Pacific University, where he teaches Advanced Accounting and Managerial Accounting. He has also taught Intermediate Accounting, Accounting Theory & Research, and Principles of Financial Accounting at the University of Houston - Clear Lake and the State University of New York at Fredonia.
Education:

- MS in Statistics, Purdue University
- BA in Applied Statistics, Yonsei University
Research Interests: Dr. Kim’s research investigates the role of accounting information in corporate governance, executive compensation, and capital markets. His work bridges accounting principles with their applications in financial institutions and capital market dynamics.
Professional Experience: Prior to academia, Dr. Kim worked as an equity analyst with Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, focusing on financial institutions and consumer sectors in Asia Pacific and South Korea, and as an associate market strategist with Citigroup.
