Segun Eubanks

Dr. Segun Eubanks is a Professor of Practice and Director of the Center for Education Innovation and Improvement at the University of Maryland, College Park (UMD). He concurrently serves as Chair of the Board of Education for Prince George’s County Public Schools, overseeing a 132,000-student district. His career spans leadership roles at the National Education Association (NEA), including Director of Teacher Quality and Director of Professional Educator Support, where he spearheaded initiatives like the Teacher Leadership Initiative and National Commission on Effective Teachers and Teaching.
