Professor Seeromanie Harding is a Chair in Social Epidemiology at King’s College London, Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, Department of Population Health Sciences. As Joint Head of Department and Academic Lead (International) for KGHP, her work focuses on social and ethnic inequalities in health, community-based interventions, and global health equity.
- Key projects: CONTACT (Caribbean NCDs), HEKIMA (Kenya cardiovascular health), IMPACT (Indigenous adolescent mental health in Brazil/Dominica), and eBRAIN (early adversity effects).
- Research themes: Life-course health disparities, environmental pollution impacts, racism, and culturally tailored interventions.
Her work integrates community participation, systems approaches, and interdisciplinary collaboration, with grants from MRC, NIHR, and British Academy.
