Sebastian Specht

Dr. Sebastian Specht is a Researcher at the Institute of Transport Science at the University of Münster, concurrently serving as an Honorary Lecturer in Economics at the University of Police and Public Administration in Münster. His work focuses on transport economics, road safety, and sustainable mobility. He holds a Dr. rer. pol. (2025) and degrees from WWU Münster (B.Sc. 2019, M.Sc. 2022).
