Sebastian Lutz

Sebastian Lutz is a Senior Lecturer in Finance & Economics at the Department of Finance, Accounting and Statistics, Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU). He holds a PhD in Economics and Social Sciences from WU (2019), an ASP from the Kiel Institute for the World Economy (2013), an MSc in London School of Economics' LED program (2011), a BSc in Economics from the University of Warwick (2009), and an IB diploma from Vienna International School (2006).

His research focuses on econometric modeling of digital trends in European regions, health economics linkages with education, and spatial analysis of economic policies. Key subfields include digital economy, public health, education policy, and spatial econometrics.
