Sebastian Axbard is a Senior Lecturer in Economics at Queen Mary University of London's School of Economics and Finance. He holds affiliations with the Turing Institute and the Centre for Economic Policy Research (CEPR). His research focuses on development economics, political economy, environmental economics, and applied econometrics. He earned his PhD from Uppsala University in 2016, with a visiting period at UC Berkeley (2013–2014).
