Sean Mann is a Senior Policy Analyst and Professor of Policy Analysis at the RAND School of Public Policy. His work bridges artificial intelligence, healthcare innovation, and military personnel strategy. Mann holds an M.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a B.A. in Anthropology from Dartmouth College.
