Associate Professor Sean Maher is a researcher and educator in Film, Screen & Animation at Queensland University of Technology's Faculty of Creative Industries, Education & Social Justice. He serves as Faculty Ethics Chair and holds a Visiting Professorship at the University of Greenwich (2023-2028). Recognized as Australia's leading film researcher in 2019 by The Australian, his work bridges academic research and practical filmmaking.
