Scotti Hagensick serves as a Lecturer of Counseling at Upper Iowa University within the Master of Science in Counseling program. A licensed Professional School Counselor in Iowa, she brings over a decade of K-12 experience spanning elementary, middle, and high school levels. She concurrently works as a School Improvement Consultant for Iowa's Area Education Agency, supporting district-wide strategic planning and program development initiatives.

Her expertise centers on data-informed school counseling frameworks and multi-tiered, multi-domain support systems. She actively leads professional development in high-impact areas including Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) mitigation, Powerful Tools for Caregivers of children with special health needs, and ESSA compliance planning. Her work emphasizes evidence-based interventions for at-risk student populations.
Ms. Hagensick contributes to the profession through service on the Iowa School Counselor Association Board. Notably, the elementary school counseling program she supported received the Recognized ASCA Model Program (RAMP) award in 2021 for excellence in data-driven program implementation.
