Professor Scott Titshaw serves as Associate Dean for Faculty Research & Development and Professor of Law at Mercer University School of Law, teaching Property, Immigration Law, and Sexuality and the Law. His expertise spans Comparative Law, Family Law, German and European Union Law, Immigration Law, LGBT and Sexual Orientation Law, and Property Law.
