Dr. Scott Oishi is a Professor in the Departments of Plastic Surgery and Orthopaedic Surgery at UT Southwestern Medical Center. He serves as Director of The Charles E. Seay, Jr. Center for Excellence in Hand & Upper Extremity and Program Director for the 6-month Pediatric Upper Extremity Surgery Fellowship at Texas Scottish Rite Hospital for Children. His clinical focus is pediatric hand surgery, specializing in congenital hand anomalies and complex upper extremity reconstructions.
