Scott Moeschberger

Scott Moeschberger is a Professor of Global Studies and Director of the Honors Guild at Taylor University. He holds a PhD in Counseling Psychology from Ball State University, an MA in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School, and a BS in Psychology Systems from Taylor University. His work focuses on trauma, peacebuilding, and vulnerable populations, with specialties in counseling forgiveness, reconciliation, and addressing structural violence.

His research emphasizes violence against children globally, including topics like child trafficking, migration trauma, and psychosocial resilience in conflict zones. He has received the 2016 Teaching Excellence Award from Taylor University and serves as President of the American Psychological Association Division 48.
