Scott Jordan is a Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of California, Irvine (UCI), and former Chief Technologist at the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). His research focuses on Internet policy, including net neutrality, privacy, and network management. He has also contributed to FCC policy decisions such as the 2015 Open Internet Order and 2016 Broadband Privacy Order.
