Scott J Bergman

Scott J Bergman is a Clinical Professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center (UNMC) within the College of Pharmacy and Department of Pharmacy Practice and Science. He serves as the Pharmacy Coordinator for Antimicrobial Stewardship and the Residency Program Director for PGY2 Infectious Diseases. Dr. Bergman is certified as a Fellow of the American College of Clinical Pharmacy (FCCP), Fellow of the Infectious Diseases Society of America (FIDSA), and Board Certified in Infectious Disease Pharmacotherapy (BCIDP).

His research focuses on Antimicrobial Stewardship, Pharmacotherapy, and Infectious Diseases, with an emphasis on optimizing antibiotic use and addressing resistance patterns. He actively contributes to advancing Healthcare Epidemiology and Clinical Pharmacy practices.
