Dr. Scott Fitzpatrick is a Research Fellow at the Centre for Mental Health Research (CMHR), The Australian National University. Previously, he held a Research Fellow position at the University of Newcastle (2014-2021) and earned his PhD in Public Health from the University of Sydney, focusing on narrative structures in suicide research. His work bridges sociology, ethics, and policy to address mental health systems, suicide prevention, and service-user engagement.
