Professor Scott Eacott is a leading academic in educational leadership and administration at UNSW Sydney's School of Education. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Saskatchewan. His research focuses on the intersection of teacher shortages, housing affordability, and education systems, with a particular emphasis on systemic equity and workforce accessibility.
