Saurabh Jain

Saurabh Jain is a Senior Lecturer at Curtin Law School under the Faculty of Business and Law at Curtin University. He holds a B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from Bhopal, an LL.M. from the University of Aberdeen, and a Ph.D. from Victoria University of Wellington. His research focuses on double taxation treaties, beneficial ownership, general anti-avoidance rules, and tax legislation modernization.
