Saskia Opitz is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Management Accounting and Control within the Management Group at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. She holds a PhD from the University of Cologne and previously served as a Research Fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Research on Collective Goods (2023–2025) and a Research Associate in Personnel Economics and HRM at the University of Cologne (2019–2025).
