Sarvin Hassani is a Senior Lecturer in International Business at Anglia Ruskin University, Faculty of Business and Law, School of Economics, Finance and Law, based in Chelmsford. She is the Course Director for the MSc International Business program and co-leads the Centre for Student Success (CfSS), focusing on enhancing student engagement, experience, and support systems across the faculty.

Her publications examine fiscal policy impacts on gender, student engagement strategies, and onboarding processes in universities, indicating a strong commitment to both economic research and educational excellence.
