Sarah Tosato is an Associate Professor in the Section of Psychiatry and Clinical Psychology at the University of Verona's Department of Neurosciences, Biomedicine and Movement Sciences. She leads the Psychiatric Genetics Laboratory and founded the Biobank for Psychiatric Research, focusing on biological sample collection for genetic and inflammatory biomarker studies.
Her research examines environmental, clinical, and genetic determinants of mental disorder outcomes, with emphasis on:
