Sarah Supasajee Grundy

Dr Sarah Supasajee Grundy is a Lecturer in the Faculty of Engineering at UNSW Sydney, specializing in materials development and sustainable manufacturing practices. Her research spans two areas: (1) applied process optimization in industry-linked projects, focusing on nanoparticles and surface treatment, and (2) engineering education with an emphasis on Project-Based Learning, Team-Based Learning, and Generative Artificial Intelligence in educational contexts.
