Sarah Steimer is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Environmental Science, Stockholm University. Her research focuses on atmospheric aerosols, particularly the health impacts of urban particulate matter and non-exhaust traffic emissions.

- Investigating brake wear emissions as a growing source of urban air pollution
- Developing acellular assays for particulate toxicity analysis
