Sarah Sinnamon is a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Psychology at University College Dublin's School of Psychology. She holds a PhD from UCD and certifications in university teaching and learning. Her research focuses on psychological strategies for enhancing performance in music and healthcare, including flow states, motivation, and mental skills training. She has authored a comprehensive book on achieving peak performance in music and contributed to over a dozen academic publications.
