Sarah McDonald

Sarah McDonald, MD is a Gynecology Oncology Fellow at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), since August 2024. She specializes in the diagnosis and management of gynecologic malignancies (uterine, cervical, ovarian, vulvar, vaginal, and rare tumors) with a focus on patient-centered care, chemotherapy, and surgical interventions.

Her research interests center on targeted therapies for recurrent cancers, cancer prevention, and optimizing medical/surgical education. Dr. McDonald is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and provides care for patients across adolescent, adult, and senior age groups.

Clinical Expertise: Gestational trophoblastic disease, cervical dysplasia, adnexal masses, and advanced surgical techniques (robotic, laparoscopic, open).
