Sarah Lockwood

Sarah Lockwood is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar, Lecturer in the Department of Political Science at Columbia University, and a Research Affiliate at the Institute for Democracy, Citizenship and Public Policy in Africa at the University of Cape Town. She holds a PhD in African Studies and Government from Harvard University, an MA in Government from Harvard University, an MSc in African Studies from the University of Oxford, and a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.
