Sarah Lindley is Professor of Geography at the University of Manchester, School of Environment, Education and Development. Her research examines human-environment interactions through quantitative geospatial analysis, focusing on urban environmental processes, climate adaptation, and ecosystem benefits for health. She has led research groups including the Environmental Processes Research Group and Centre for Urban and Regional Ecology.
Education includes a PhD in spatially resolved emissions inventories (Manchester Metropolitan University), MSc in Geographical Information Systems (University of Edinburgh), and BA in Geography (University of Hull).
