Sarah Larielle is a Researcher at the University of Namur, affiliated with the Faculty of Law and the Unite de Droit des Obligations Centre Vulnerabilites et societes Transitions department. Her work focuses on civil law, tort liability, legal ethics, victim rights, and innovative legal education methods. She leads a PhD project titled 'Le droit à l’information des victimes d'atteintes à l’intégrité physique et psychique causées par un fait générateur de responsabilité' and has received awards including the 2024 PUNCh pedagogical innovation grant and the 2013 Barreau de Bruxelles advocacy competition laureate title.
Her research explores topics such as comparative civil law frameworks, psychological harm protections, judicial discretion in damages, and reformed teaching practices in legal education. Recent publications include analyses of tort liability systems and pedagogical innovations in law curricula.
