Sarah Foeller

Sarah Foeller serves as a Scientific Associate within the Department of Work and Organizational Psychology at Free University of Berlin's Department of Education and Psychology. Her research centers on workplace stress mechanisms and evidence-based interventions, prominently featured in the Stress@Work study launched January 22, 2025.

Her work investigates cognitive foundations of stress management, demonstrating through recent findings (April 4, 2025) that effective anti-stress strategies originate in mental frameworks.
