Sarah Fishburn is a Senior Lecturer in Mental Health/PWP at Teesside University's School of Health and Life Sciences (SHLS), Department of Nursing & Midwifery. She holds dual clinical and academic roles with chartered psychologist credentials and fellowships from the British Psychological Society and Advance HE. Her clinical expertise includes Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), CBT, and Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT).
