Sarah Cross, MD, is an Associate Professor and Chair of Obstetrics, Gynecology & Reproductive Sciences at Yale School of Medicine. She specializes in maternal-fetal medicine, focusing on high-risk pregnancies, particularly periviability counseling (22-23 weeks gestation). Her work addresses disparities in birth outcomes and maternal mortality, emphasizing patient-centered care and shared decision-making.
Education: MD from University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine (2007, with Honors), residency at Yale School of Medicine (2011), and fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Yale School of Medicine (2015).
