Sarah Carnochan

Sarah Carnochan is the Director of the Bay Area Social Services Consortium at the University of California, Berkeley's School of Social Welfare. She holds a PhD, MSW, and JD from UC Berkeley and serves as a Lecturer in the Executive Development Program.
