Sarah C King

Dr. Sarah C King is an Honorary Research Fellow at the University of Birmingham's School of Geography, Earth and Environmental Sciences, and a Collections Facilitator for Natural Science at Yorkshire Museum. Her expertise spans biogeography of late Palaeozoic wetland plant communities and museum collections management. She holds a PhD in Palaeobotany (2012), MSc in Palaeobiology (2008), and MSci in Geoscience (2003).

Research focuses on ecological and evolutionary processes in ancient plant communities, fossil record quality, and accessibility of geological/natural history collections. She has worked with institutions like the Lapworth Museum of Geology and National Museum Wales, specializing in museum outreach and collections conservation.
