Sarah Brownlee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Science and Geology at Wayne State University's College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. Her research focuses on understanding the elastic properties of crustal materials and their seismic anisotropy, linking mineralogy and microstructure to geophysical observations.
