Sarah Bonnet is a professor and veterinarian entomologist at Institut Pasteur, specializing in ticks (tickology) and their role as vectors of zoonotic pathogens. Her research focuses on tick ecology, pathogen transmission, and the development of biomarkers to monitor tick-related diseases, with a strong emphasis on the One Health approach. She collaborates internationally, leading training programs in Cambodia and contributing to the European He-farm project, while addressing climate change impacts on tick distribution and disease outbreaks.
