Sarah Barry

Dr. Sarah Barry is Director of Academic Programmes and Senior Lecturer at RCSI's School of Population Health, where she leads the MSc in Population Health Leadership. Her research focuses on health systems reform, integrated care models, and policy implementation in complex health environments.
