Dr. Sarah Anne MacCurtain is a Senior Lecturer in Organisational Behaviour at the Department of Work & Employment Studies, Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. With a career spanning over two decades, she has established herself as a leading scholar in organizational behavior, leadership, and workplace dynamics. Her academic journey began with a Master of Business Studies in 1995, followed by a PhD from Aston University in 2005.
