Sarah Anna Fernbach is a University Assistant (prae doc) at the Department of Business Law, Vienna University of Economics and Business. She coordinates the editorial team of the Journal for Inheritance Law and Asset Succession (Verlag Österreich). Currently pursuing her doctorate in business law since 2020, she holds a Master's (2020-2023) and Bachelor's (2016-2020) degree in Business Law from the same university.
