Sara Harvey is an Associate Professor at the University of Victoria, where she works in the School of Languages, Linguistics and Cultures within the Faculty of Humanities. With a PhD from Université Paris Sorbonne and Université Laval, she specializes in Media Archaeology, focusing on theatrical practices and press criticism from the 17th to 18th centuries. As co-director of the Comédie-Française Registers Program (RCF), she explores how digital humanities can revolutionize the study of early modern theater through data-driven historiography and critical editions.
