Sara Angevine is an Associate Professor of Political Science at Whittier College's Department of Political Science. Her research focuses on gender, identity, and representation in U.S. politics, particularly examining how gender influences democratic representation and shapes foreign policy agendas. She holds a Ph.D. from Rutgers University and an M.A. in Women's and Gender Studies from the University of the Western Cape, South Africa.
