Sanjoy Baruah is the Hugo F. & Ina Champ Urbauer Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at Washington University in St. Louis's McKelvey School of Engineering. He specializes in real-time and safety-critical system design, scheduling theory, and distributed computing resource allocation. Previously, he held positions at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (1999–2017) and the University of Vermont (1993–1999).
