Sanjeeva Prasad Kalva

Sanjeeva Prasad Kalva is a Professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and Vice-Chair of Image-Guided Interventions in the Department of Radiology. He previously served as Division Chief of Vascular Interventional Radiology at Massachusetts General Hospital and was a Professor of Radiology at Harvard Medical School. His clinical and research focus includes interventional oncology, portal hypertension, pulmonary arteriovenous malformations, and therapeutic embolization. Dr. Kalva has authored over 200 peer-reviewed publications and contributed to advancements in vascular imaging and liver cancer treatments. He holds leadership roles in radiology committees and is a fellow of prestigious societies including the Society of Interventional Radiology and American College of Radiology.
