Sanjay Jolly is an Affiliate at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University and serves as the Executive Director of the Program on Law and Political Economy (LPE@HLS) at Harvard Law School. He is a doctoral candidate at the University of Pennsylvania’s Annenberg School for Communication. His research focuses on how information and communication technologies influence international political economy, particularly the technopolitical dimensions of U.S. economic sanctions. Previously, he held roles such as policy director at the Prometheus Radio Project and was a C. Edwin Baker Fellow at Free Press. He also served as a Fulbright Scholar in Ecuador, studying South American media reform laws.
