Sangeeta Jain

Dr. Sangeeta Jain is a Professor in the Department of Obstetrics & Gynecology, specializing in Maternal Fetal Medicine at the University of Texas Medical Branch (UTMB) in Galveston, TX. She serves as the Medical Director of OB Ultrasound at the institution and is board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and subspecialty Maternal Fetal Medicine by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology.

Her clinical expertise focuses on Medical Complications in Pregnancy, Critical Care in Pregnancy, and Fetal ECHO. Dr. Jain's research program spans several critical areas in maternal-fetal medicine, with particular emphasis on preterm labor, fetal echocardiography, maternal obesity and nutrition in pregnancy, and simulation models in medical education.
