Sangeeta Bhatia

Sangeeta Bhatia is the John and Dorothy Wilson Professor of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at MIT. Her research develops advanced technologies at the intersection of engineering and medicine, with focus areas in nanoscale biomedical systems and computational fabrication.

Research innovations include: 1) Microscale technologies for tissue engineering; 2) Nanoparticle systems for diagnostics and drug delivery; 3) Tissue regeneration platforms; 4) Cancer detection technologies.
