Dr. Sang H. Nam is an Associate Teaching Professor at the Gustavson School of Business, University of Victoria, where he has been since 1992. His research focuses on cross-cultural management, organizational behavior, and human resource management, with a particular emphasis on comparing individualistic and collectivistic cultures, face-saving behavior in Asia, and the management practices of Korean conglomerates (chaebol).

Research Interests: Dr. Nam explores cross-cultural leadership dynamics, expatriate management challenges, and the unique organizational structures of chaebol. His work bridges theoretical frameworks with practical consulting experiences, particularly in South Korea. He has authored multiple books on global leadership and management practices in Korean business contexts.
