Sandrine Macé is a Professor of Marketing at ESCP Business School, specializing in sales promotion, retailing, IoT applications, and quantitative techniques. She holds a Doctorate in Marketing and is a graduate of ENSAE (École Nationale de la Statistique et de l'Administration Économique) and ESSEC Business School. Currently, she serves as the Scientific Director of the IoT Chair (sponsored by Schneider Electric, Société Générale Insurance, and Valeo) and leads the Executive Specialized Master’s in Marketing and Communication at ESA Beirut, a sister institution of ESCP. She also teaches Digital Marketing seminars for executives.
Her research interests span sales promotion strategies, retail dynamics, and the integration of IoT technologies into business practices. She has authored/co-authored multiple influential publications, including Méthodes Statistiques Appliquées au Management (2016) and La politique commerciale du point de vente (2001), and contributed to encyclopedias and textbooks on marketing and distribution. From 2010 to 2016, she served as Vice President for Research and Publications at the Association Française du Marketing (French Marketing Academy).
Macé’s work emphasizes the application of statistical methods to managerial challenges, with a focus on bridging academic research and industry needs. Her IoT-focused research explores how connected technologies reshape consumer engagement and supply chain management. She is actively involved in executive education, designing programs that blend theoretical frameworks with practical business insights.
