Prof. Sandra Schruijer is a Professor of Organisational Change, Leadership and Identity at the Utrecht University School of Governance (The Netherlands). Her work focuses on interorganizational collaboration, group dynamics, and multiparty systems. She leads the Organisation Science research group, emphasizing the psychological dynamics of cross-boundary relationships and organizational change.
Her research explores how organizations navigate diverse interests and build trust in multiparty settings, with applications in healthcare integration, leadership in collaborative networks, and conflict transformation. She is also a historian affiliated with the Descartes Centre for the History and Philosophy of the Sciences and the Humanities.
