Sandra Petermann is an Associate Professor at the Department of Geography, Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, where she has worked since 2005. She teaches cultural, social, urban, and economic geography in bachelor's and master's programs, with expertise in methods of human geography. Her research bridges critical geographies, memory studies, and postcolonial analysis, focusing on micronations and spatial theory.
