Sandra Neposolan is a full-time faculty member at the Odette School of Business, University of Windsor, serving as the AASIII Learning Specialist, Course Coordinator, and Instructor, alongside her role as Management Area Chair. She holds an M.B.A. and B.Comm from the University of Windsor. Her career spans 25 years in business, including roles in sales management, entrepreneurship, and leadership across industries like healthcare, media, and tourism. She transitioned to academia in 2010 as a sessional instructor and joined full-time faculty in 2015.
Her teaching focuses on business communication, management, and marketing, emphasizing practical skills for professional success. She has received the prestigious 'Professor of the Year' award annually from 2017/18 to 2023/24 from the Odette Commerce Society. Her professional contributions include presentations on leadership communication and sales strategies. Sandra actively engages in community service, including roles with the Windsor Regional Hospital Foundation and Women United (United Way).
