Sandra Cobos

Sandra Cobos is an Assistant Instructional Professor in the Psychology & Counseling department at Pittsburg State University, where she also serves as Director of the School Psychology Program. She teaches courses such as Intro to School Psychology, Intellectual Assessment, and Practicum/Internship in School Psychology. Her research focuses on bilingualism in special education, ELL student identification, and early intervention strategies.

• Education: Ed.S. (School Psychology), M.S. (General Psychology), and B.S. (Psychology & Spanish) from Pittsburg State University.

Certified School Psychologist with active involvement in the National Association of School Psychologists (NASP). Advises School Psychology students and oversees practicum/internship placements.
